"For me, gymnastics is not only a sport, but also a path to personal development. I believe that every movement should be filled with meaning, because this is how a child's emotionality, sensitivity, and inner harmony are revealed.
During training, I focus on technique, musicality, and aesthetics, and I also instill discipline and hard work—qualities that help girls both in sports and in life.
I trained for 17 years and know how wonderful it is to do what you love. Gymnastics is the ideal sport for a girl: it teaches beauty, grace, and a subtle perception of the world.
My goal as a coach is to teach children to love gymnastics and to see it as inspiration, purpose, and personal strength.”
