You can come to the trial class in what you have at home: leotard / T-shirt, leggings / shorts, socks. Do not buy gym shoes specifically — they are not suitable for classes. There is a uniform in our club — shorts and T-shirt/ tank top. The cost of the uniform is 1600 rubles. In addition to this, we give the student a diary of a "young gymnast".

After completing the minimum program, children will participate in an open class (approximately 3 months after the start of classes). There is an open New Year’s holiday in December of each year, and all the gymnasts of the club take part in it. At the end of the season, an internal cup is held in which all gymnasts, starting from the 1st level of training, also participate. The program of the domestic cup is diverse - from passing sports tests to performing with the routine. All our gymnasts can take part in away competitions from the first year of training.

We accept everyone with no medical contraindications. Come, we are always glad to see you! In the older groups, we always look at the gymnast in order to determine the level of her training level and choose the right group for classes.

The average number of children in the group is 10-12 people. If there are more gymnasts, we open a new group.

High. Our coaches are professional gymnasts, who are Masters of Sports and higher. They are graduates and students of sports and pedagogical universities. We can prepare children for professional sports, but we understand that few will become professional gymnasts, this requires physical qualities and a great desire. Nevertheless all children will have the opportunity to train and compete for the soul.

Parents can be in the first trial class and open training sessions throughout the year. Where you can see and evaluate how classes are going and what we teach our students. If the child is small, you can be with her for several classes until she gets used to it. In the future, the training process is closed and passes without the presence of parents in the gym.

Our training program is designed for 10 months, from September to June inclusive. To get maximum results and go to the next level of training, it is necessary to train without skipping and attend all reporting events. In July and August, we organize sports camps and intensive courses with the participation of outstanding world-class specialists. For the development and sport growth of a gymnast, the recommended duration of rest in the summer is no more than one month. We recommend taking this into account when choosing rhythmic gymnastics as a sport for your child.

We don’t recommend it! This will in any case affect the completion of the training program by the child. With each missed class, the child will lag behind the group. The training program is planned quite intense, and almost every lesson gymnasts learn new elements, in the future they form a "base", without which it is impossible to move on. According to our years of experience, the result will not be the same and there will be a feeling that time has been wasted. We recommend selecting a group that fits the schedule completely.
