Rhythmic gymnastics for children is one of the most popular sports for girls, a sport for real ladies!
Children's rhythmic gymnastics develops flexibility, agility, endurance, improves the body, teaches to master it beautifully and gracefully, forms correct posture, disciplines a person and strengthens a sense of self-confidence.
Recruitment in groups is conducted from 3 years. In our center we offer for you: groups of 1,2 and 3 levels, advanced training and sports improvement. You can also start training in a general development group of rhythmic gymnastics.

Choreography
Choreography in the preparation of gymnasts is an integral part of the training process. Choreography helps girls to start owning their bodies even better, cultivates an aesthetic taste in the child - a love of good classical music, beauty and harmony in everything. In our center, we offer choreography classes for pupils both as part of basic training, starting from level 3 (from 8 years old), and additional classes in mini groups or individually.
Ballet class
Classes at the Pirouette ballet studio allow you to fully unlock the creative potential of each child, taking into account his age characteristics and intended goals. These classes are also an excellent physical activity. The author's technique is used in the classroom, which corresponds to the level of training and age of children.
The purpose of the author's program is to provide the child with:

Individual training
Individual work with a coach helps to achieve your goals faster. In the work of gymnasts of older age groups, the accuracy of each movement in the routine is very important. Additional individual training can help with this. The individual training program takes into account the initial athletic prowess and the goals. Trainings are held for the students of our club and for gymnasts from other sports organizations. Duration from 1 to 3 hours. Age and level of training without restrictions.
Making new routines
Making a routine is an important stage in the training process. Rhythmic gymnastics is a kind of theater on the carpet. It is very important that the gymnast creates an image on the floor. All the specialists of our club approach the process of creating a new competitive routine with responsibility. It is necessary to select music that suits the child's level of training, to create an image and convey the idea of composition, in motion.
The creation itself lasts from 2 to 3 hours. The result of the creation is recorded by the coach on video for further learning and refinement by the gymnast.

Video monitoring
The only school in the UAE with a unique video monitoring system for gymnast progress. There is a regular monitoring of the gymnast's routine during training process with the help of a unique patented program. The video is sent to the international class judges for analysis. As a result of the analysis, the gymnast receives a video with a second-by-second analysis of the routine, at which point mistakes were made and penalties were received from the judges. The gymnast also receives recommendations on strengthening the routine in order to score more at the competition and get a higher result.
