I graduated from National Pedagogical University with a Master’s Degree in Physical Education, specializing in Rhythmic Gymnastics Coaching.

I spent 11 years training professionally as a rhythmic gymnast before beginning my coaching career. I worked as a coach in my native city, for three years and have been coaching in Prague for the past five years.

Today, I work with gymnasts of different ages and levels -from young beginners to senior athletes. My work combines technical and physical preparation, flexibility, apparatus technique, choreography and individual training.

During the last season, I created around 50 competition routines, and my choreography is also commissioned by athletes and clubs from different countries. As a certified judge in the Czech Republic, I have a strong understanding of the FIG and European judging standards, which I use when preparing gymnasts and creating routines.

For me, coaching is about much more than teaching skills. It is about creating an environment where a gymnast can become stronger, more confident and more independent -both inside and outside the gym.

Rhythmic gymnastics has been a major part of my life for many years. Today, my greatest motivation is to give the next generation of gymnasts the same passion, confidence and love for the sport that gymnastics gave me.
